I surprised my mom for her birthday and took her
to a French Macaron baking class. It was too fun!
My mom and I are obsessed with all things French...
especially these delicious, little, delicate treats!
We gave coral colored, passion fruit flavored ones as favors at my wedding
and they were amaaazing! Oh I could eat macarons all day long.
They are really tricky to make so I thought it was the perfect gift to my mom.
We had front row seats in the kitchen and were taught by a culinary master!
I can't wait to continue perfecting my macarons and become a pro. :)
